Here is the second variation for the QCQ (Quarter Circle Quilt)

This finished quilt for baby measures 33" x 33".

For this variation start with the Basic QCQ Blocks in the  PATTERN LINK HERE.

Fabric Requirements:

This square baby quilt requires 36 QCQ Basic Blocks (Link Here)
and 4 WOF (width of fabric) strips 3" wide for the borders.

For the butterfly shape make your blocks as in the following 3 photos, watching the direction of the Quarter Circle:

Thank you so very much to Lori Kennedy
for permission to use her fantastic
Her tutorials are excellent!  She has so many you will want to see them all HERE.

The Wavy Lines and Butterflies compliment each other well.
Wavy Lines are simple to do using gentle curves and a walking foot.
Use at least 2 rows of stitching side by side for a professional look.

My mom's little pottery angel hanging on the fence photo-bombed this picture!
 How cute is that?
